Convenient location, 10 min. taxi from airport, 15 min. to closest metro station. Minimal English, but very helpful staff who used translation apps and booked taxis. Quick check-in process. Clean room with basic amenities, good shower, working aircon, and spacious bed. Smooth check-in process, accommodating our early arrival. met our needs perfectly.

Our stay at Hanting Express was great! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, despite the language barrier. One lady at the reception spoke some English and was very helpful. We had an early departure from Pudong Airport and the hotel shuttle at 5 AM was convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering great value for money. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenience for early flights.
